Hyundai’s EON is targeted at the A-segment market A well configured 814cc three cylinder petrol engine on the new Hyundai EON is capable of developing 56 PS of power @ 5500 rpm with a maximum torque of 76.5 Nm @ 4000 rpm. As per ARAI certification, the new small car from Hyundai is expected to offer class leading mileage of more than 21.1 kms/ltr. Hyundai has introduced the new car in six variants, starting with the base D-Lite variant, which has been priced at Rs.2.69 Lakhs. The top-end Sportz variant of the new Hyundai Eon carries the highest price tag of Rs. 3.71 Lakhs.
